By creating an account or using SIC Sequencer, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You retain all rights to the source material you paste into the platform and to the outputs generated from it. We claim no ownership over your inputs or your synthesized copy.

You grant us a limited license to process your text solely to operate the sequencing and synthesis features on your behalf.

You are responsible for holding the rights to any material you submit.

SIC Sequencer provides a structural framework. It does not replace human editorial judgment. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all final output before publication.

The service is provided on an as-is basis. We make no guarantees of accuracy, originality, compliance, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIC Sequencer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost business, or reputational harm arising from use of the service or its output.

Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time. Paid plans remain active through the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or attempt to compromise platform security.
