Privacy Policy

Account data: your email address and authentication credentials, used to create and secure your account.

Payment data: subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles your card details directly. We never see or store full payment card numbers.

Input text: the source material and drafts you paste into the platform, stored so your Brand Strands persist between sessions.

We use your data strictly to provide the sequencing and synthesis service: authenticating you, storing your strands, generating analysis, and processing your subscription.

We do not sell user data. We do not share your input text with advertisers, and we do not use your content to train our own models.

Data is stored on managed infrastructure with row-level access controls, so your strands are readable only by your own authenticated account.

Traffic is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Text processing: submitted text is sent to third-party AI providers such as Anthropic and OpenAI to perform sequencing and synthesis. Their handling of that data is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Payments: Stripe processes subscription billing and receives the information required to complete a transaction.

Hosting and database: managed cloud infrastructure stores your account and strand records.

You can delete individual strands from within the app, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Contact us and we will remove your records within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
