Proof
Sequence a voice. Apply it to a draft. Read both and check the work. Everything below is one pass through the tool, start to finish, nothing edited by hand.
What a brand strand looks like
Start with a brand you admire, or one you're about to write for and haven't cracked yet. Pasting its copy into a chatbot and asking it to ‘sound like this’ gets you an impression. What you need is the mechanics: how the sentences are built, where the rhythm lands, which words the brand would never use.

This strand came from Aesop's About page, pasted in as plain prose. Architecture, Tone, Cadence, and Guardrails, extracted from the text itself.
Pro tip: it doesn't take much, but it takes enough. A few paragraphs of real running prose beat a whole page of headlines and bullets. Feed it the writing where the brand sounds most like itself.
The draft we started with
This is a made-up company with a voice of its own already, spare and grounded, written to be difficult. Applying a brand strand to copy that already has a register is harder than dressing up something flat. Watch what holds: every figure, every date, every stated fact.

The same draft, two voices
On the left, the Ramp strand, sequenced from a post on Ramp's blog. On the right, Aesop, from the about page (sequenced above). Same facts, same order of events, two entirely different pieces of writing.

Who We Are
Harbor & Finch launched in 2019, founded by two former structural engineers. The work is specific: modular staircase design and installation for residential renovations across the Pacific Northwest.
What We Delivered in 2024
847 installations completed. That number comes with a timeline attached: 11 days, average, from initial measurement to final install. Materials trace back to three mills in Oregon and Washington, and 2,300 verified customer reviews place our average rating at 4.7.
How We're Built
34 people. No subcontracted installation work. The team breaks down as follows:
Installers: 19 field professionals who execute every installation directly under our name, on our standard, on our timeline.
Fabricators: 8 who work the materials sourced from our Pacific Northwest mill network into finished components.
Design and Operations: 7 who manage the front and back of every project from first contact to close.
The Warranty
25 years, structural. In 2024, 12 warranty claims came in. All 12 resolved within 30 days.

On the Matter of Our Work
We draw our materials from three mills in Oregon and Washington, and we employ a team of 34 people — 19 installers, 8 fabricators, and 7 in design and operations — who carry every project from first measurement to final installation without subcontracting any part of that work. In 2024, we completed 847 installations, each moving from measurement to finished install in an average of 11 days, and we closed the year with a 4.7 average rating across 2,300 verified customer reviews.
On the Matter of Our Commitment
We extend a 25-year structural warranty on every installation we complete, because a staircase is not a furnishing to be replaced but a fixed condition of a home, and we regard the warranty as a continuation of the work rather than a supplement to it. In 2024, 12 warranty claims were brought to us, and each was resolved within 30 days.
